Everything on this site — project pages, guides, journal articles, location notes, tools and calculators — is general information about our projects and the West Hyderabad market. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional advisers.

Real-estate purchases are significant decisions. Verify title, approvals, and encumbrances through your own advocate; verify current government rates, duties, and regulations with the concerned departments. Our own guides say this on every page, and we mean it.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a commitment to sell. A booking or sale happens only through the formal documentation executed between you and us — the agreement of sale and sale deed — and on the terms stated there.

Project details shown here (layouts, plot counts, dimensions, amenities, imagery, pricing indications) are indicative and subject to change, to regulatory approvals, and to availability. The sanctioned layout plan, approval documents and registration particulars for each project are available at our experience centre and prevail over anything shown on this website. Where a project is required to be registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 with TS-RERA, its registration particulars are stated on the project page and in the project documentation.

Renderings and photographs are artistic impressions or representative imagery unless expressly stated to be actual site photographs.

The GIS master plan, 3D digital twin, plot-availability views, boundaries, dimensions, distances and travel times shown on this site are indicative visualisations built for orientation, not measurement. They are not survey documents, not revenue records, and not legal representations of extent or boundary.

The authoritative geometry of any plot is the sanctioned layout plan read with the registered sale deed schedule and, where needed, a licensed surveyor's measurement on the ground. Plot availability shown online may lag the live sales position; confirm availability with our team before relying on it.

Journal articles and guides describe infrastructure, regulations and market conditions as we understand them on their stated date. Roads get renamed, schemes get restructured, timetables change. Where an article describes proposed infrastructure — a proposed rail extension, a proposed ring road — it is a proposal, not a promise, and we price our own arguments accordingly. Check current status with the concerned authority before acting on any statement here.
